Food Production Operative

Taskmaster Resources LTD currently have opportunities for production operatives for well-established company within the food production industry. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: Working on a fast-paced food production line, ensuring products are prepared and packed to company standards Collecting and preparing client orders accurately and efficiently Reading and interpreting order sheets, labels, and barcodes to ensure correct products are picked and dispatched Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety and food hygiene regulations Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications Labelling, packing, and palletising goods ready for distribution Following company processes and reporting any issues to supervisors Requirements: Fluent in English to understand order sheets, barcodes, and instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy when collecting and processing orders Good level of physical fitness as the role may involve standing for long periods and some manual handling Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude to team working Previous experience in food production, warehousing, or order picking is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided Please note: this role is carried out in a chilled/cold environment, so applicants must be comfortable working in such conditions.
