Vital People are currently recruiting friendly and motivated Bakery Operatives to join a busy food production site in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time, permanent role in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

About the Role: Work on a fast-moving food production line Assemble, pack, label, and quality check products Follow health & safety guidelines at all times

Shift Pattern: Shifts are 12 hours, working 7 out of 14 days: Day Shift: 06:00

18:00 Night Shift: 18:00

06:00 Example Rotation: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

What Were Looking For: Previous food production experience is helpful but not essential Full training will be provided Strong teamwork and attention to detail Reliable and motivated
