Food & Beverage Supervisor - Events & Outlets Copthorne Tara Hotel Kensington Salary: £33,000 per annum

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor - Events & Outlets to support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across our meetings, events, and restaurant operations.

This operational role will work across both Meetings & Events and our hotel outlets including Green Stag and Bugis Kitchen, providing flexibility and leadership across the department.

You will play a key role in supervising service teams, ensuring smooth event delivery, and maintaining high standards of guest service. Key Responsibilities Supervise service during meetings, conferences, and events Support event setups and operational coordination Assist with daily operations within Green Stag and Bugis Kitchen Ensure service standards are consistently delivered Support and guide the Food & Beverage team during service Promote upselling opportunities and enhance guest experience

Requirements What We Are Looking For Experience in Food & Beverage or Banqueting operations Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and guest service abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment Flexibility to work across different areas of the department
