The Role
Reporting directly to the
Director of Operations , you will take full responsibility for the Food & Beverage department, ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead from the front-driving service standards, inspiring your team, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the company standards of excellence. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all F&B outlets
Leading, mentoring, and developing a passionate team
Driving guest satisfaction through attentive, personalised service
Managing costs, budgets, and performance targets
Ensuring brand standards and operational excellence are consistently met
Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey
What We're Looking For
Current
F&B Manager
or a strong
Assistant F&B Manager
ready to step up
Proven experience within
hotel environments in the UK
(London experience preferable)
A natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Charismatic, hands-on, and guest-focused approach
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident decision-maker with a proactive, can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
