Live-in Food & Beverage Assistant Location: Stocks Hotel, Sark, Channel Islands Season: 25 March 31 October 2026 | Live-in Stocks Hotel, Sark, is seeking a professional, energetic, and personable Food & Beverage Assistant to join our small luxury team for the 2026 season. This live-in role offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional dining and beverage experiences in a beautiful, car-free island setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver warm, personalised service for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner Present menus and make tailored recommendations on food, wine, and cocktails Assist in maximising covers, spend per cover and upselling of other hotel services. Work closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service Maintain cleanliness, order, and ambiance in all F&B areas Assist with events, setup, and clearing duties Handle guest queries and feedback professionally Skills & Experience: Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or upscale hospitality Passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and attention to detail Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability Knowledge of wine, cocktails, or barista service preferred The Package: Hours: 54/week (6 on, 1 off; straight & split shifts between 7am11pm) Accommodation: Spacious (shared) en suite room, cleaning & laundry included Meals: Staff meals provided on & off shift Pay: £1,250/month tax-free + contract completion bonus (£200/month) & share of tips Join us for an unforgettable season on Sark, delivering luxury hospitality in a peaceful, stunning island environment.
