Food and Beverage Team Leader Ideal Profile:
Experienced in managing food and beverage service in a premium hospitality setting
Comfortable leading shifts across restaurant, bar, event and conference operations
Confident in supervising, mentoring and developing team members
Knowledgeable about licensing laws, food safety and allergen procedures
Highly organised with strong communication and delegation skills
Flexible to work across weekdays, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Food and Beverage Team Leader Responsibilities:
Lead food and beverage service across restaurant, bar and events
Schedule and manage team rotas, timekeeping and attendance
Deliver daily team briefings and training including allergens and service standards
Support recruitment, team development and performance management
Oversee stock control, cash handling, and security procedures
Act as the senior point of contact when deputising for the F&B Manager
