The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK.We are hiring Forklift Drivers (Reach or Counterbalance)to work on the day or night shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, LincolnshireShift:Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday toSaturdayHours:07.00 to 18.00 or 18.00 to 05.00Pay rate: Days £13.47 basicOvertime at £20.21 after 45 hours workedNights £14.37 basic Overtime at £21.55after 45 hours workedKey Responsibilities:Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage Stack items safely and efficientlyPick items as per the guidelines provided.Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.Move goods around siteand load trailersFollow company policies and procedures at all timesRequirements: Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
