We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in WF3. This is a hybrid role, so candidates must be comfortable splitting their time between operating an FLT and carrying out general warehouse duties.

Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative (Hybrid Role) Location: WF3 (Wakefield) Pay Rate: £14.29 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM

This is a hands-on position and will involve manual handling and heavy lifting, so a good level of physical fitness is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently Loading and unloading deliveries Moving stock within the warehouse Picking and packing orders Manual handling of goods, including heavy items Supporting general warehouse operations as required Maintaining health and safety standards at all times

Skills Required

Valid Counterbalance FLT license Previous warehouse experience preferred Comfortable with a hybrid FLT + manual role Ability to lift heavy items regularly Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications Required

FLT Counterbalance license TPBN1_UKTJ
