FLT Reach and Counterbalance Truck Driver – Tamworth, West Midlands
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach and Counterbalance Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Tamworth, West Midlands .
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for long-term progression.
Shifts  • Monday to Friday – 07:30 to 16:00
Rates of Pay  • £12.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties  • Operating Reach and Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently  • Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting faults to management  • Receiving goods into the warehouse and unloading vehicles  • Stowing pallets and organising stock for deliveries  • Checking the quantity and quality of all incoming and outgoing goods  • Using handheld scanners and following warehouse systems  • Moving stock around the warehouse as required  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment  • Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
Essential Skills  • Valid Reach or Counterbalance Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)  • Previous experience operating Reach and/or Counterbalance trucks  • Good communication and multitasking skills  • Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail  • Reliable, self-motivated, and organised  • Flexible and willing to support wider warehouse operations  • Team player with a positive attitude
Desirable Experience  • Previous experience working in a busy warehouse or logistics environment
Training Provided  • Full training provided with ongoing support  • Assessment required prior to starting
