Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – rotating shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 14:00 – 22:00 (Flexibility to rotate between shifts is essential) Pay Rates: £12.21 per hour (day/backshift) £18.32 per hour (overtime, where applicable) Benefits: Your benefits as a FLT Counterbalance Driver will be: Immediate start available Guaranteed ongoing work Weekly pay every Friday Overtime opportunities Free on-site parking Full training and ongoing support Access to a 24/7 employee wellbeing programme Career progression opportunities within a large organisation Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities as a FLT Counterbalance Driver will be: Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently Loading and unloading stock within the warehouse Picking and assembling orders, including larger household and renewable energy products Manual handling when required Completing daily equipment safety checks Supporting wider warehouse operations as needed Essential Skills The skills required to be a FLT Counterbalance Driver will be: Valid Counterbalance FLT licence Recent Counterbalance FLT experience within a warehouse or distribution environment Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Reliable, punctual, and flexible for rotating shifts Own transport preferred due to site location Training and Support Full site-specific training will be provided, with ongoing support throughout your assignment.
