Soho, located just off Regent Street, serves classic British & French menu in Londons most glamorous all-booth restaurant.Equipped with a Press for Champagne button at every table, it is famous for pouring more champagne than any other restaurant in Britain. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, ensuring that both staff and guests have an exceptional experience. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of service, food production, and overall operational efficiency in a restaurant or hotel environment. Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Handle guests inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on service standards, food safety, and hygiene practices. Collaborate with management to implement new policies or procedures that improve service efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area. Skills Strong leadership abilities with a passion for hospitality. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers. Experience in food production and preparation within a restaurant or hotel setting. Ability to supervise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous but not essential. Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution to handle various situations that may arise during service.
