A leading healthcare provider is seeking a skilled Fire Safety Advisor to support fire safety compliance across its Southern region portfolio, including care homes, clinics, and offices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed fire risk assessments across residential care homes, clinics, and offices. Perform comprehensive fire safety surveys of passive and active systems (e.g., compartmentation, fire doors, alarms, emergency lighting). Carry out fire door surveys as required. Liaise with the Senior Fire Advisor and support fire safety projects. Coordinate with alarm contractors to verify compliance of new or modified systems with British Standards. Conduct post-fire inspections and document findings with clear justifications. Provide guidance to site managers, property teams, and contractors based on assessment outcomes.
