Based out of a regional office in Leicestershire, you’ll oversee projects across the East Midlands, working with a well-established national contractor recognised for delivering high-quality refurbishment, maintenance, and pfp works. The organisation operates across a range of sectors including residential housing, healthcare, education, hospitality, and public sector buildings, and has ambitious plans for continued growth over the coming years.

As a Passive Fire Site Manager, you will be:
Managing the day-to-day delivery of pfp projects
Supervising subcontractors and teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and work is completed in accordance with the correct compliance
Reviewing client instructions, programmes, and project schedules to ensure full understanding of the required works
Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and health and safety requirements are maintained
Managing labour, materials, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time
Maintaining strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholdersI’d love to speak to anyone who has:
Previous experience supervising or managing pfp projects including doors and stopping
A valid SMSTS certificate
FIRAS accreditation or relevant industry certification
Good commercial awareness, including the ability to identify contract variationsAn Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required for this role.
The role is offering the following benefits:
Salary of £36,000 – £48,000, depending on experience

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
