We are actively looking for a Fire Project Surveyor to deliver the fire improvement works for a housing association in the Surrey area on a permanent basis. In return you will receive, car allowance, mileage expenses, 34 days annual leave and hybrid working.

Delivering the fire improvement works programme on the domestic properties across the East London area Supporting on delivering the passive and active fire works off the back of the fire risk assessments completed Liaise with the external contractors and residents providing further support on contract admin and managing complaints to promote high level of customer service Conduct site inspections ensuring all operatives work is meeting KPIs and conducting H&S checks Experience and qualifications:

Experience delivering fire improvement works Social housing or public sector experience within fire Technical qualification in building services or construction NEBOSH Desirable We are keen to see CVs from Fire Project Surveyor, Fire Delivery Surveyor, Fire Surveyor, Fire Project Manager, Fire Manager
