Fire Alarm Engineer
£35,000 - £42,000 OTE + Benefits

We're seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer who takes real pride in their work, delivers high standards on every job, and understands the importance of great customer relationships.

The Role
Service, maintain and install fire alarm systems across your designated area
Deliver a high level of customer service, building strong client relationships
Plan and manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines
Accurately complete service reports and documentation
Identify faults, non-compliances and system issues, providing clear feedback
Maintain a strong focus on health & safety at all times
Work closely with colleagues and wider teams to ensure smooth operations
Strive for first-time fixes wherever possible
What We're Looking For
Solid background working with fire alarm systems
Relevant industry training (FIA or equivalent advantageous)
Comfortable using handheld tech / job management systems
Good understanding of health & safety best practice
Ability to work at height and handle equipment when required
Strong customer-facing skills and communication
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Full UK driving licence
