£230 - £250 We are currently seeking an experienced

Freelance Finishing Manager

to support the final stages of a construction project. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality finishes and ensuring a smooth handover to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all finishing trades including painting, decorating, flooring, carpentry, and snagging Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion Carry out detailed snagging inspections and ensure defects are resolved promptly Maintain high standards of quality control across all finishing works Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to meet deadlines Ensure health & safety regulations are followed on site Assist with final handover and client inspections

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on construction projects Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and organisational skills Valid CSCS card (essential) SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
