We are seeking an experienced Corporate Real Estate leader to lead our specialized consulting practice within EMEA, with a focus on the Financial Services sector. This key leadership role will drive revenue growth, expand JLL's market presence, and establish thought leadership in financial services real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Financial Services consulting strategy for EMEA, including formulating and executing industry sales approaches
  • Identify and prioritize key clients and accounts in the EMEA region to build a strong business pipeline
  • Achieve annual consulting revenue target of $3,000,000 USD through new business development and existing account growth
  • Establish deep relationships with senior client stakeholders to understand their challenges and position JLL as their trusted real estate advisor
  • Translate complex financial services industry trends into actionable real estate strategies for clients
  • Foster and maintain relationships across JLL to drive integrated client solutions and cross-selling opportunities
  • Continuously develop deep Financial Services business expertise and translate consulting capabilities into offerings that address sector-specific challenges
  • Lead the development of key account plans and sales strategies within the region
  • Collaborate with Consulting and Research colleagues across regions to create industry-specific thought leadership content
  • Represent JLL at high-profile industry events and conferences as a subject matter expert
  • Identify emerging real estate needs specific to financial services clients and develop innovative consulting solutions to address them
  • Mentor and guide team members on financial services sector expertise
  • Identify and recommend consulting needs and investments to support the industry, including time, resources, and budget allocations

Performance Objectives:

  • Identify and develop new leads and opportunities (80% of time)
  • Deliver industry insights and thought leadership to clients in the region (20% of time)
  • Support the conversion of opportunities into contracted and billable work
  • Drive knowledge exchange and best practices within the industry sector community
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of financial services opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in corporate real estate advisory/consultancy
  • Strong sales track record with demonstrable success in business development
  • Executive presence and experience working with C-suite clients at global organizations
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with ability to connect real estate solutions to business objectives
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven track record in sales strategy and business development
  • Demonstrated ability to create impactful thought leadership content
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Financial Services industry clients is a plus
  • Understanding of specific real estate challenges in the financial sector would be beneficial
