The Opportunity You will play a central role in delivering high-quality administrative and client servicing support, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and advisers alike. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive administrative and client servicing support to Wealth Managers and the wider team Coordinate client annual reviews, preparing comprehensive meeting packs, valuations, and supporting documentation Review compliance documentation, identifying gaps and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to implement client instructions accurately and efficiently Liaise with back-office teams (including Dublin-based operations) to manage data updates, payments, and income processing Conduct client call-backs to verify and action requests in line with compliance procedures Handle sensitive processes such as deceased client administration with professionalism and strict regulatory adherence Manage and track Letters of Authority within tight deadlines to ensure smooth client transitions Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all internal and third-party systems Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
About You Minimum of 2 years' experience within financial services, ideally in a wealth management or financial planning environment Strong understanding of financial products, including investments, pensions, and protection, along with associated tax considerations Working knowledge of the UK regulatory framework Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and client-focused approach Proficient in Microsoft Office applications A collaborative team player with a flexible, proactive mindset
