Investigo are recruiting an experienced FP&A Manager to join a dynamic and growing business within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment based out of Warwick, Hybrid working.


This is a high-profile role, working closely with the Divisional Finance Director and wider leadership team, with responsibility for driving high-quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You’ll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, improving financial processes, and delivering insight across the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of divisional month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication of results
  • Review and challenge business submissions, providing insightful variance analysis (vs prior period, budget, and forecast)
  • Produce and deliver divisional reporting for both internal stakeholders and Group
  • Partner with functional leads to review overheads and cost performance, driving accountability and cost control
  • Own and enhance function-level reporting, ensuring consistency and clarity across the business
  • Deliver high-quality management information and ad hoc analysis to support decision-making
  • Support year-end reporting, including statutory packs and audit requirements
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles, acting as a key system lead (e.g. planning tools such as PBCS)
  • Act as a key liaison between the division and Group Finance (Reporting & Control) teams
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including systems improvements and reporting enhancements
  • Build strong relationships across the wider FP&A community, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement

About You

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Proven experience within FP&A or Commercial Finance
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight
  • Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Experience reviewing and improving financial processes and reporting
  • Comfortable presenting financial information to leadership teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning systems


Salary

£70,000 to £75,000 basic plus cash car allowance and annual bonus, Hybrid working 2 days office based
