The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join this expanding business. In this FCA-regulated role, you’ll deliver high-quality, compliant, and client-focused advice while contributing to the firm’s continued growth through new asset and revenue development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver bespoke financial advice tailored to client goals, including retirement planning, investment management, and financial forecasting.

* Take responsibility for developing new business and expanding client portfolios.

* Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company standards.

* Maintain and develop your technical knowledge and professional skills, supporting your ongoing competence in the role.

* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing guidance throughout their financial journey.

What We’re Looking For:

* Demonstrable experience as a Financial Planner/Advisor within a regulated environment.

* Strong practical application of technical knowledge, including pensions, investments, and tax planning.

* Degree educated and/or holding relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent).

* Focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

* Proactive, ambitious, and driven by growth and success.
