Your new company A well-established and growing Engineering business based in Warwick is recruiting for an interim Financial Controller for an initial 6-month period. The company has a strong reputation for technical excellence, the company is entering an exciting period of operational and systems transformation.
Your new role As Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the full finance function during a key transition period. Initially offered as a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent, the role will see you lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, while playing a central part in the migration from Sage 200 to a new specialist system.
What you'll need to succeed You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent, with proven experience in a senior finance role. Strong knowledge of Sage 200, hands-on experience producing management accounts, forecasts and P&L projections, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Experience supporting system change or working within engineering or manufacturing would be an advantage.
