Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London for a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial statements, managing overall financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial planning. The role also involves overseeing daily financial operations, conducting detailed analyses to inform business decisions, and collaborating closely with senior management to drive financial performance aligned with the organization’s goals. Qualifications
Proficiency in preparing and analysing financial statements Experience in financial reporting and accounting practices Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in finance Attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations Proficiency with financial software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly desirable Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
