Were seeking a commercially sharp, hands-on Financial Controller to lead all financial operations on-site. The Role Lead day-to-day finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, cash flow, and cost control Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and reporting Partner with ownership and GM on financial strategy and key decisions Optimise systems, controls, and reporting for operational efficiency Oversee inventory, purchasing, and supplier management to maintain profitability Be a visible, engaged presence in the business this is not a back-office-only role About You Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) preferred Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality, F&B, or luxury leisure with at least 2+ years based in the Caribbean Proven understanding of island-specific challenges such as supply chain timelines, import duties, seasonal fluctuations, and local compliance Strong hospitality systems knowledge (POS, stock, payroll, etc.) Commercially astute with operational awareness Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced island setting The Package Competitive base salary + performance bonus Full relocation assistance + visa sponsorship Beachfront working environment in a globally recognised restaurant Exceptional career opportunity in paradise
