Harmonic are delighted to be partnered with a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business in their search for a Financial Accountant to join their team in London.

\n

The Role:

\n

Reporting to the VP Finance, this is a hands-on role role where you'll take ownership of various financial reporting and audit tasks to support the finance department and wider business. As the business continues to scale with a high likelihood of future M&A activity, you will play a key role in driving growth and developing continuously developing the finance department.

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n Preparing statutory accounts and leading the annual audit process. \n

Managing group consolidation and intercompany accounting. \n

Overseeing UK Corporation Tax and US Income Tax compliance. \n

Managing tax obligations across the UK, US, and other jurisdictions as required, including VAT, EU invoicing queries, and quarterly consumption tax reconciliations. \n

Supporting R&D tax credit claims and transfer pricing compliance. \n

Handling company insurance and registrations in new tax jurisdictions. \n

Liaising with private equity stakeholders and supporting broader financial reporting requirements. \n

Completing finance-related administrative tasks \n

\n

What we need to see (Essential):

\n

\n Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA) \n

Audit background \n

Experience with statutory accounting \n

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel \n

\n

\n

What we'd like to see (bonus):

\n Experience in SaaS or Tech industry \n

\n
