We’re partnering with a global organisation undergoing a significant finance transformation to appoint a Finance Project Lead to drive the strategic rollout of e-invoicing capabilities across multiple jurisdictions.


This role sits at the heart of a complex, international programme, operating across Finance, Technology, and Tax across Europe to deliver scalable, compliant, and future-ready invoicing solutions.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of strategic e-invoicing initiatives across the full project lifecycle
  • Act as the key interface between Finance, Technology, Tax, and external partners
  • Ensure alignment with evolving global e-invoicing and digital reporting regulations
  • Oversee ERP integration (Oracle Fusion) and data transformation initiatives
  • Drive optimisation of end-to-end AP & AR processes
  • Provide leadership across testing phases and implementation
  • Identify and mitigate delivery and compliance risks at programme level


✅ Experience required:

  • Proven track record leading finance transformation initiatives within AP/AR
  • Experience delivering e-invoicing programmes in complex, international environments
  • Strong Oracle Fusion expertise (AP, AR, Tax)
  • Deep understanding of European e-invoicing frameworks and standards
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and delivery levels, engaging senior stakeholders
