THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-driven Finance & Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our financial processes and day-to-day operations. This role will manage supplier billing, client invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and data accuracy across Xero and our in-house inventory system. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and Managing Director to ensure financial records are accurate, deadlines are met, and operational information is kept up to date. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and can maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
