With ambitious plans, a supportive and driven finance team, and plenty of exposure to strategic projects, this Finance Manager role offers excellent prospects for both professional development and career progression.\n\nWhat will you be doing?\n\nAs Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the group's financial reporting and consolidation across a portfolio. of 20-30 legal entities, while managing and developing a small team of 2-3 direct reports.\nOverseeing the month-end close and group consolidation process.\nReviewing management accounts and variance analysis.\nPreparing statutory accounts and leading the annual audit process.\nManaging tax compliance (VAT, CIT returns).\nMonitoring cash flow and supporting FP&A with forecasting.\nOverseeing debt management, compliance, and covenant reporting.\nPartnering with internal teams to drive commercial insight and performance.What skills do we need?\n\nWe're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with solid experience in a complex, multi-entity environment.

You'll bring both technical expertise and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance detail with strategic thinking.\nStrong experience in external reporting and consolidations.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business.What's on offer?\n\nCompetitive salary: £70,000 - £75,000.\n18% annual bonus.\n7% matched pension.\nHybrid working and flexible start/finish times.\nFree parking.\nRegular team socials and away days.
