The Opportunity


Private equity backed international SaaS business is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen the finance teams capability as the company grows. This role is a mix of monthly and annual group reporting, technical accounting and the continuation of driving automation improvements. It reports to the Group Financial Controller.


What will you be doing (core duties)?

  • Lead the month end close process reviewing key journals and recs
  • Prepare and review group management accounts including consolidations, variance analysis and commentary
  • Lead the preparation of group statutory financial statements across all entities
  • Be the primary contact for the external audit process
  • Support on technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, inter-company accounting and FX
  • Maintain and improve the financial control environment and drive scalability of finance processes and automation including utilisation of AI
  • Support on board reporting and cash flow forecasting


What experience will you have?

  • You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post qualified experience
  • Experience working within the SaaS/software/fintech/technology sector
  • Experience of end to end financial control and reporting including group consolidations


What about office working?

  • 1 day per week in the office with flexibility to do more if you wish
