This is a key leadership role, supporting the General Manager with strategic decision-making while overseeing all aspects of financial operations, reporting, compliance, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage all financial activities including bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance. Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and ad hoc reports. Payroll entry, VAT returns, and year-end audit preparation. Oversee AP/AR, purchasing, cash flow, and payment approvals. Work closely with senior management to support business planning and performance analysis. Drive improvements in ERP/finance systems and automate financial processes.
