It's a role suited to someone who enjoys both detail and influence.How you'll make an impact Deliver daily cash forecasting with clear, reliable insight for decision makingImprove short and long-term cash flow forecasting processes across the businessEnsure all sales-related cash flows are accurately reflected in forecastsCommunicate cash positions clearly and align supplier payment runs with stakeholdersOversee funding of stock and purchases, ensuring appropriate facilities are in placeSubmit accurate and timely information to funding partners and external stakeholdersProvide clear treasury reporting and analysis to support senior leadership decisionsPartner with transaction teams to ensure processes support accurate cash forecastingSupport financial modelling and analysis alongside the senior finance teamWork with operational teams to identify and deliver working capital improvements Why you're a great fitEssential You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or qualified by experienceProven experience in a Treasury Manager or Finance Manager role with strong cash flow forecastingStrong analytical skills with experience in management accounts, budgeting, and forecastingConfident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision makingAdvanced Excel skills and strong attention to detailAble to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Desirable Experience with stock financing, invoice discounting, or similar funding structuresExperience improving working capital and cash visibility in a complex environmentExposure to finance systems and process improvement What you'll get in returnAs Finance Manager (Treasury), you'll step into a visible role with real responsibility and scope to shape how finance supports the wider business. £60,000-£70,000 salary + bonusHybrid working (2-3 days in the Wiltshire office) We welcome applications from all qualified candidates who believe they meet the role requirements.
