We're supporting a business at a genuinely exciting stage of its journey, defined by change, growth and increasing complexity , both organically and through acquisition. As a result, they're looking to appoint a technically strong, commercially aware Finance Manager into the a central role, with a clear focus on reporting, consolidation and financial rigour as well as getting a birds-eye view of the whole business.
If you've built a solid technical accounting foundation, enjoy working close to senior stakeholders, and want to play a meaningful role in shaping how a growing group reports, controls and communicates its numbers, this could be a very compelling next step. You'll operate as a key figure within a finance centre of excellence , working closely with the Head of Finance and acting as a trusted conduit of high-quality financial information to the wider leadership team and CFO. This is not a back office reporting role, it's a visible and influential position that is key to steering decisions. Alongside core reporting and consolidation responsibilities, you'll gain exposure to projects, systems development, and M&A activity , while leading and developing a team.
