Finance Business Partner - Westminster, London (Hybrid) - £47-50,000 per year

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who loves using numbers for meaningful impact. This is more than spreadsheets – it’s about partnering with teams to keep budgets on track, making sure everyone feels confident and engaged in their financial decisions and our business keeps growing. We maximise our impact by using our resources effectively.


You’ll collaborate closely with our FP&A Manager - a pivotal partner driving business performance. This role is far from pigeonholed; you’ll gain broad exposure and varied experience. Every day, your work contributes to something bigger: creating better outcomes for children.


What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with managers to keep budgets on track and make finance accessible and engaging
  • Provide reports, insight and analysis that influences senior decisions and drives impact
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for central teams
  • Oversee restricted funds and donor reporting, ensuring compliance and clarity
  • Spot opportunities for improvement and help shape better processes
