A highly collaborative and passionate brand, the UK turnover circa £75 million and is a household name. The business is looking to appoint an experienced Retail Finance Business Partner. Description
Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis processes to support decision‑making. Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts and reports to senior management. Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse financial data. Identify and communicate key financial insights to drive business performance. Support budgeting and long‑term strategic planning processes. Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
Profile
A strong background in Accounting & Finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis. Relevant professional qualifications, such as ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent. Proven expertise in the retail industry or a similar sector. Proficiency with financial modelling and analysis tools. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive approach to improving financial processes and systems.
Job Offer
Competitive salary between £80,000 and £85,000. Permanent position within the retail industry. Opportunities to work in an established and large organisation. Hybrid working – 3 days in office.
