A first class finance team in a leading Midlands Charity is seeking a Finance Business PartnerOur client is leading Midlands Charity who improve the lives of people going through illness, through care and compassionAs Finance Business Partner reporting to the Head of Finance you will:Manage and oversee the financial management information, analysis and advice to the senior management and other senior staff throughout the charityProvide commentary on performance to senior management at performance review meetings ensuring key financial issues, forecast changes, risks and opportunities are high-lightedOwn cashflow forecasts and net present value calculations to evaluate business cases and procurement tendersTake a lead on working with the senior management in developing long term plans to improve productivity, quality and efficiency savingsMonitor and review budgets and forecasts and ensure that intervention is taken as necessary to avoid any overspendThe most suitable Business Partner will:Be a qualified member of recognised accounting body (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Have demonstrable track record of Business PartneringShowcase stakeholder management and customer liaison skillsUp to £53,000 per annum.EA First Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency for this permanent vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
