OverviewAn exciting role for a Finance Business Partner to join a well established manufacturer on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to strengthen the relationship between Ops & finance and work with some great people whilst doing so. The role focuses on cost optimisation, educating Operations on their numbers, and building a strong partnership between site management and finance at the Manchester site.ResponsibilitiesMonthly accruals and balance sheet reconciliationsStock accounting, reporting and supporting analysisFinancial ownership for the P&LBuilding of forecasts, budget and Strategic Plan in conjunction with the local site management teamSupporting the capital expenditure (capex) process for the Manchester site including validating and challenging CERs, tracking CER approvals, capex forecasting and assessing assets ready for useStandard cost updates and working with the site teams to optimise product costsQualificationsA professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or qualified by sufficient experience)Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industryPrevious experience in a Finance Business Partnering/Commercial Finance roleAbility to build strong working relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholdersA proactive and results-oriented approach to workJob Offer / BenefitsCompetitive salary up to £65,000Flexible working hours with some working from home once settled in the roleFurther benefits can be discussed upon application #J-18808-Ljbffr
