RAUPACK specializes in supplying high-quality packaging and assembly machinery engineered in Germany and Switzerland. We partner with factories seeking to improve efficiency through automation or compliance with safety and health standards. Our offerings include a wide range of machinery, from bottling and sealing to palletizing. We provide tailored automation recommendations and full GMP/GAMP-compliant documentation to meet specific customer requirements. Post-installation support is a priority, whether through remote diagnostics or on-site service by our skilled technicians.
Role Description
To expand and strengthen our service organisation, we are looking for a Service Technician who combines technical expertise with a customer-focused attitude.
We seek high-performing and committed professionals who deliver top-quality work, contribute positively to the team, and present themselves confidently and convincingly to our customers.
Background
From Easter 2026, there will be a large installation at one of our customers in the Huntingdon area. This will involve working away from Monday to Friday each week for a period of 3–5 months. Candidates must be prepared for this extended assignment as part of their role.
Qualifications
Experience in packaging machinery, handling, automation, or conveyor technology
Ability to work from electrical drawing in machine control cabinet
Knowledge of sensor technology and pneumatics
Strong practical skills and hands-on approach
Organisational strength, resilience, and goal-oriented efficiency
Independent, careful, and efficient working style
Confident, communicative, and friendly demeanour
Creativity in problem-solving
Team spirit and high willingness to learn
Good command of English (spoken and written)
