Location

You must be located in the Greater London area (North of the river) with your immediate work area covering North and East postcodes.

We are happy to cross train from other electromechanical sectors such as Photocopier/Print and Coffee and White goods

What You’ll Do

* Deliver exceptional service by installing, repairing, and maintaining cutting-edge equipment at customer sites.

* Provide hands-on user training and ensure smooth operation of products.

* Keep accurate records and reports while following best-practice procedures.

* Be an ambassador for quality and innovation by promoting products and services.

About You

You’re not just technically skilled—you’re a problem solver with a passion for customer care. You’ll combine diagnostic ability with clear communication to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. A full driving license is essential.
