Field Service Engineer - Midlands Region (Homebased)

My client, a growing manufacturer, is looking to strengthen their Field Service Engineer team across their business. Role Description

• Working face-to-face with our client network, providing support, training, and advice on supplied equipment.
• Involvement in the design, construction, and implementation of training.
• Deliver and install instruments at customer sites, including system integration and client training.
• Respond to technical support calls, identifying areas of concern or improvement.
• Support the sales team in demonstrations and related activities.
• Participate in testing new software and hardware.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to work in a client-facing environment.
• Experience working remotely and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Experience in clinical laboratory practices is an advantage.
• Full clean UK driving license.
