Field Sales Executive

Location: Tewkesbury | Hours: 37.5 per week | Field-based Salary: £28,215 per year plus an attractive commission scheme

The Role

Do you enjoy meeting new people, having meaningful conversations, and seeing the direct results of your efforts? We're looking for an enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to help grow a local delivery service for a well-established, community-focused business.

This is a varied, people-facing role where each day brings something new. You'll be out in the community, representing a trusted brand, sharing its story, and connecting with customers in a friendly and professional way.

Key Responsibilities

Promote a local delivery service through face-to-face engagement

Represent the brand in a professional and approachable manner

Explain products and services with confidence and knowledge

Address questions and objections positively

Collect new customer details and pass information to internal teams

Travel to assigned areas and manage your own schedule

Work toward clear sales targets and structured plans

Follow company procedures while keeping interactions personable

Support the team with additional tasks as required

Skills & Attributes

Self-motivated with a positive, proactive approach

Confident speaking to new people and building relationships

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and stay organised

Good problem-solving and multitasking ability

Honest, reliable, and professional

Full UK driving licence

Willing to complete a DBS check (supported by the employer)

Desirable:

Previous sales or customer-facing experience
