About The Role As a Field Care Supervisor you will: Write and update new and existing care plans Coaching and mentoring care colleagues Attending care reviews Supporting the on-call service on a rota basis Providing hands on care and support Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, family members, colleagues, and other professionals. Utilise technology to deliver quality care. Uphold the principles of Altogether Care's values. Ensure the implementation of safe working practices. Be part of a truly caring and processional team that support you as well as we would our clients.
