St Helens branch,

and the surrounding areas. About the role As a

Field Care Supervisor

, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of person-centred care and compliance. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out regular

spot checks

on care staff to monitor quality and best practice Assessing new clients

and completing initial assessments in line with company and CQC requirements Completing and reviewing

care plans

and risk assessments to ensure they are accurate, up to date and person-centred Conducting

care reviews

with clients and families, responding promptly to changing needs Carrying out

supervisions and appraisals

for care staff, providing support, guidance and feedback Working closely with the Care Coordinator and Branch Manager to address any concerns, incidents or complaints Supporting with

on-call duties

as required to ensure continuity and safety of care About you We're looking for someone who: Has solid experience in

domiciliary/home care

(Senior Carer/Team Leader or similar) Understands CQC standards and person-centred care Is confident completing assessments, reviews, care plans and risk assessments Has strong communication skills and can build positive relationships with clients, families and staff Is organised, proactive and able to work independently across Redditch and nearby areas Is confident using digital systems for care planning and record-keeping Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
