Permanent, Full Time AtAmplius, we take pride in keeping our homes safe,secureand wellmaintained. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Fencer & Groundworker to join our property operations team in the South Region.Youllcarry out fencing and groundwork repairs

from replacing fences and gates to completing a variety of groundworks

all while delivering a reliable and professional service our customers can trust. Salary:£32,200 per year

Contract:Permanent, full time

Your week: 39 hours per week. MondayFriday 8:30am5pm with one rotating late shift per week (10:30am6pm)

Location: Milton Keynes and surrounding areas Snapshot of your role

Repair, replace and install all types of fencing,gatesand ironmongery Carry out groundwork repairs, including paving, ramps,drivewaysand paths Complete responsive and planned maintenance to a high standard Inspect,specifyand sign off work, including quality checks on contractors Provide excellent customer service as a front-line representative ofAmplius Work safely, following health and safety, COSHH and PPE requirements Keep your work vanmaintainedand report any issues in line with procedures Support colleagues by sharing good practice and taking part in extra pay out-of-hours rota whenrequired Your toolkit for success

NVQ Level 2 in Fencing, Groundwork or Construction Strong, proven experience of Fencing and Groundwork Practical skills and a good understanding of role-related health & safety Good communicationskills and a positive, customer-focused approach Ability to work independently using a mobile device and tablet Team player, willing to support and mentor colleagues A full UK driving license isrequiredfor this role. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card for work use.
