Were looking for a
compassionate, confident Female Support Worker
to join a small, dedicated 2:1 team supporting a lady in her own home in Cheltenham. She lives with complex health needs and uses a wheelchair, but her life is filled with creativity, laughter, and connection. She loves
visiting local coffee shops, exploring vintage finds, gardening , and spending time in her community
and shes looking for someone who can support her to continue enjoying these things safely and independently. What Youll Do Provide warm, person-centred care and emotional support Encourage independence and wellbeing through daily routines and meaningful activities Support with personal care, mobility, and health-related tasks Promote positive engagement and help manage behaviours that can be challenging Keep accurate records and work in line with care plans and CQC standards What Were Looking For Experience supporting individuals with
complex care ,
challenging behaviour , or
mental health needs Understanding of or willingness to learn about
multiple allergies A kind, patient, and professional attitude A
full UK driving licence
