Your Role: More Than Just Care As a 1:1 supporter, you'll provide personalised care that's tailored to this young person's needs. This includes: Supporting their physical health, including tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilation management Helping with household tasks to create a comfortable and organised living space Building a strong bond through natural and respectful communication But it's not just about the tasks - it's about being a positive influence, a friend, and a source of joy in their life. We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of both physical and mental disabilities.
