We are looking for Female Support Workers within our South Manchester Mental Health service in Fallowfield. The role will be supporting adult females who have enduring mental health diagnosis. The service provides 24-hour support which includes a waking night team.

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, inclusive, organised and caring individual with the right qualities, to support people to achieve to greater independence. With the aim to work intensely with women to achieve move on using the trauma informed care, recovery and person-centred practices. You will ensure a high standard of quality of life for the people supported working in collaboration with the women receiving a service as well as in partnership with agencies involved in the woman's support and care planning.
