Theyre full of life, have a brilliant sense of humour, and love spending time with their family. They also have a real passion for hobbies like shooting and visiting local attractions. To help make these moments happen, were looking for someone local to Rowley Regis who knows the area well and

holds a full UK driving licence , being able to drive is essential for enjoying days out together. What youll be doing As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include: Providing high-quality support on a 1:1 basis Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing Supporting communication in the way that works best for them Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment Providing personal care and bowel management care This is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.
