*Key Responsibilities*

* Advise clients on a full range of *family law matters*, including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and private law children matters.
* Represent clients in *court proceedings*, mediations, and negotiations.
* Prepare and review legal documents such as petitions, agreements, and consent orders.
* Manage your own *caseload independently*, ensuring cases progress efficiently and effectively.
* Provide clear and compassionate communication throughout the client journey.
* Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals (including barristers, mediators, and social workers) to achieve positive outcomes.
* Keep up to date with developments in family law and maintain CPD compliance.

*Requirements*

* Qualified Solicitor with *4-5+ years PQE* in family law.
* Strong experience in *financial remedy* and *private law children* matters.
* Knowledge of *cohabitation, pre-nuptial, and post-nuptial agreements*.
* Excellent *advocacy, drafting, and negotiation* skills.
