A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor (3–5 PQE) to join its growing team. You’ll work closely with a highly experienced Partner on a broad range of family matters, including complex financial cases and private children work, while developing your own caseload. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
Supporting a senior lawyer on complex cases Managing your own caseload of family matters Advising on divorce, financial settlements, children and relationship agreements Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high levels of service Contributing to business development and marketing activity Ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards
The Candidate
3–5 years’ PQE in family law Experience across a range of private family matters Strong technical and communication skills Organised, proactive and commercially aware A team player with a client-focused approach
