About the Role
As a Senior Family Solicitor, you will:Manage your own caseload with a focus on financial remedy work and other family law mattersAdvise clients on complex and sensitive issues, providing clear and practical guidanceWork closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-quality serviceContribute to business development and networking opportunities to build a strong profile in the local marketSupport, supervise, and mentor more junior team membersThis is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role where you can shape the team's future, develop your personal profile, and make a meaningful impact on clients' lives.
About You
You will have:5+ years' PQE in family law, with significant experience in financial remedy workStrong technical ability and excellent drafting skillsProven ability to manage client relationships effectively and sensitivelyExperience working in or knowledge of the Cambridge market is advantageousExcellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skillsA proactive, ambitious, and organised approach with strong attention to detail
