This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit and high-performing team delivering exceptional family law services across the region.The RoleThis role offers exposure to a wide range of privately funded family law matters. Responsibilities include:Advising on divorce and financial settlementsHandling cohabitation disputes and child arrangement mattersDrafting nuptial agreements and protective ordersManaging a full caseload independently, including conducting own advocacySupporting team collaboration and contributing to firm-wide growthNetworking and business development to enhance professional profileCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a family solicitor with:3+ years PQE in family lawStrong working knowledge of privately funded family mattersAbility to work with minimal supervision and manage complex casesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA collaborative mindset and willingness to engage in networkingCommitment to delivering high-quality client careWorking ArrangementsThis role supports flexible and hybrid working, with a primary base in the North Somerset office.
